Nigerian celebrity couple, Adekunle Gold and Simi, greatly surprised fans after pictures and movies from their wedding ceremony made the rounds on social media someday in 2019. The couple had saved their long time relationship beneath wraps until their wedding ceremony day.
Just recently, Simi engaged a fan on Twitter on how she decided not to use Adekunle Gold’s name in a song due to the fact she did not need human beings to understand she preferred someone named Dekunle that much.
She wrote: “I wrote like four songs at the beat earlier than I wrote Joromi. I was in reality going to use “Dekunle Dekunle – I need you to love me” – however I already had “Take Me back” and I didn’t wanna sound like I liked somebody known as Kunle that much.”
