Reality television star, Bisola Aiyeola, has just opened up on why growing up was really tough for her without her father who left when she was just 3-years-old.

While speaking in an exclusive interview with Dangnetwork, Big Brother Naija 2017 housemate, Bisola Aiyeola, opened up on why she always searches for a father figure in all her relationships.

The award-winning Nollywood actress revealed how her father left when she was just three years ago, adding that it took her another four years to realize that he was never going to come back into their lives.

Bisola further revealed that she does not think she would forgive him so soon and at once because he was a selfish man, and judging from the videos from the interview, it was obvious that growing up was really tough for Bisola.

In the video interview which was published in four parts on YouTube, Bisola was quoted as saying: “I don’t have any daddy stories to share with anybody and sometimes when I hear people talk about how great their fathers are I feel left out.

“When you are deprived of something that should naturally be in your life, you tend to look for it in people. For me, I tend to look for a father figure, someone I could talk to, someone that can make me laugh in my relationships.”

Speaking about who her daddy was and how she finds it hard to forgive him, Bisola said: “I would say my dad was selfish and forgiving him, truly truly letting go, I don’t think it can happen at once. Daddy I don’t know if you can hear me.

“My father left when I was 3-year-old and it dawned on me when I was seven that there was a vacuum knowing that daddy is not coming back.”
