Simi Recalls Borrowing Adekunle Gold’s Mum Old Car To Attend Shows
Simi recently shared an experience of how she borrowed her mother in law’s car to go for shows.
The Duduke singer posted a skit of a young lady trying to convince O2 security that she’s Tems in order to gain access to Wizkid’s MIL tour. The caption was accompanied with a long narration about the time Simi borrowed Adekunle‘s Mother car to go for shows.
Simi noted that this was at the start of her career and she couldn’t afford her own. Relating her narration to the skit, Simi disclosed that she could totally relate to the way bouncers treat uninvited guests at shows. She shared that it was also hard for her to get into some shows and was asked on various occasions to call the organizers of the show.
