” Chargie ” is a love track taken from Terri ‘s latest EP, In Transit. The new EP comes after the success of his last single Danger and also on the back of a very eventful past 12 months which saw the Nigerian artist and songwriter receive his first ever Grammy Award nomination for his contributions on the Wizkid album ‘Made In Lagos’.
Buoyed by a Grammy nomination for his work on Wizkid’s Made in Lagos, he glides seamlessly across the tape with the intransigence of one who knows he is a superstar in transit. That energy is present on the tracks; “Holy Water”, where the woman of his dreams supersedes icons of both his faith and his industry; and it’s consolidated on “No Lie”, where he proclaims an unwillingness to share a love as deep as an ocean.
Chargie featuring one-half of BET Award nominated Ghanaian duo R2Bees, Mugeez is another impressive love record that talks about the reason to Love.
