Media personality Tolu Oniru popularly known as Toolz during her handover session with Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi on the Beat FM earlier today, called out American rapper Kanye West’s fashion house YEEZY “ugly”.
In light of Kanye West recent Twitter rants declaring his support for American president Donald Trump, social media has gone on frenzy.
Here is what he said:
“You don’t have to agree with trump but the mob can’t make me not love him. We are both dragon energy. He is my brother. I love everyone. I don’t agree with everything everyone does. That’s what makes us individuals and we have a right to be independent”. The rapper said in the tweet”.
Kanye has earlier been referred to as “erratic” and need “mental care” by some media houses recently.
He also has a signed “Make America Great Again” (MAGA) cap.
This brought Kanye West to the OAP’s attention during the handover today with Gbemi.
She said:
“YEEZYS are ugly…and quite expensive”
The OAP also claimed that the only reason people buy the design is because of Kanye’s fame.
Toolz and Gbemi during their handovers have been known to be very opinionated and today wasn’t an exception as the Deputy Head of Programs for the radio station called out Kanye.
