Yemi Alade to make Movie debut in Funke Akindele’s “Omo Ghetto: The Saga”
Pop diva Yemi Alade has always been praised for her acting skills displayed in her music videos, and now she is taking it to the big screen making her movie debut in the anticipated Funke Akindele led “Omo Ghetto: The Saga”.
Reportedly Alade would be playing Mogambo, a gang leader which members (Eruku and Jerhico) would be portrayed by street-hop music star Slimcase and actor Itele d Icon.
The flick also stars Yemi Alade’s Johnny music video led Alex Ekubo, Eniola Badmus, Chioma Akpotha, AY The Comedian amongst others.
Yemi Alade has shared promo shots for the movie to confirm the news. The movie is set to be premiered soon.
