Veteran Nollywood actor and filmmaker Adebayo Salami, popularly known as Oga Bello, has weighed in on the casting practices in the Nigerian movie industry, emphasizing that professionalism should always outweigh sentiment in directorial decisions.
In a recent interview, the respected thespian stressed that one of the key responsibilities of a good director is to maintain objectivity during the casting process.
