Arsenal Board Give Unai Emery Important Message Ahead Of Leicester City Clash
Arsenal manager, Unai Emery, has said the board is fully behind him, despite a poor run of results.
Emery was backed significantly in the transfer market over the summer, with the likes of Kieran Tierney, Nicolas Pepe and David Luiz arriving.
The Gunners could fall nine points behind Champions League places, if they lose at in-form Leicester on Saturday.
Ahead of the fixture, Emery said he has spoken recently to Arsenal’s heirarchy, which includes head of football Raul Sanllehi and technical director Edu.
He told reporters on Friday:
“No. We are speaking about our process to continue working and they did not show me some doubts.”
