A tipper which experienced brake failure and rammed into roadside sellers at Oshodi area of Lagos this afternoon, Monday January 14th, killed a hawker and her child.
The tipper which is said to be loaded with sand, knocked down the hawker and her child, killing them instantly. The deceased before her death, hawker purewater at the popular spot in Lagos.
