The 23-year-old winger, who made his breakthrough under Maurizio Sarri in 2018, has struggled to cement a regular starting spot in recent seasons, leading to his departure.
Hudson-Odoi’s career at Chelsea has been a rollercoaster of highs and lows. After bursting onto the scene as a teenager, he quickly became a target for top European clubs, including Bayern Munich, who made several attempts to sign him. However, injuries and inconsistent form hampered his progress, and despite showing flashes of brilliance, he was unable to secure a long-term place in the starting eleven.
