Davido boasts that investments cannot produce my level of wealth.

The Nigerian musician Davido has boasted about his fortune, claiming that it is “more a result of God’s blessings than just investments.”

In an Instagram video posted by socialite Cubana Chief Priest, the Afrobeats artist can be seen having a good time aboard a fancy plane with friends.

The “Assurance” hitmaker stated in the video that investments alone could not have brought him this level of wealth.

“Investment is not the issue here. “You must be blessed by God,” he said.

Davido, whose real name is David Adeleke, became well-known in 2012 after he released “Dami Duro,” the second song off his debut album “Omo Baba Olowo.”

Since then, he has made a name for himself as one of the top musicians in Africa and one of the “Big Three” of Afrobeats.

He has released three more albums since his debut, including “A Good Time” (2019), “A Better Time” (2020), and “Timeless” (2023). The singer’s fourth studio album, “5ive,” is scheduled for release in April. Ahead of the body of work, he recently announced a five-city tour.

In addition, Davido founded DMW, a musical company that was founded in April 2016. Numerous musical talents have found a home at the company.
