Davido distributes a list and donates to more than 500 motherless homes.
According to award-winning musician Davido, his charity, the David Adeleke Foundation, has helped more than 500 homes for mothers without children this year.
This is in accordance with his pledge, made on his 32nd birthday in 2024, to gift N300 million to charity houses and orphanages that assist young people in avoiding drug abuse and addiction.
“This year, on my birthday, we are giving to orphanages and a charity that helps young people avoid drug abuse and addiction,” he stated. It’s ₦300m this year. Details will be provided shortly.
“My foundation was able to help over 500 motherless babies home this year.. we go again next year!” he wrote on X, keeping his promise.
Many people’s lives have been positively impacted by Davido’s foundation, and he has promised to carry on with his charitable endeavors in the upcoming year.
