Diddy and Jay Z are accused of raping a kid in 2000.
A 13-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted by Jay Z, the billionaire rapper, in the continuing lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs.
On Sunday, a federal complaint that had previously only named Combs was re-filed in New York to include Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter.
The girl was allegedly raped by Jay-Z and Diddy at an after-party after the MTV Video Music Awards in September 2000, according to the amended civil suit.
She was allegedly given a drink that left her feeling “woozy, lightheaded, and felt she needed to lie down,” according to the lawsuit.
According to the report, Diddy told her, “You are ready to party!” as the two rappers entered the room.
Combs and Carter alternately attacked the child while another famous person looked on. The lawsuit states, in part, that “many others attended the after party but did nothing to stop the assault.”
“Carter was with Combs during a number of the incidents detailed here. Justice must be served to both of the offenders.
Carter, 55, was charged in a different case with harassing the plaintiff while attempting to get out of the case.
It states that “Carter received a letter from plaintiff’s counsel requesting a mediation to resolve this matter prior to the filing of this amended complaint.”
“Based on current knowledge and belief, Jay-Z responded to said letter by launching a completely baseless lawsuit and planning a scheme of harassment, intimidation, and bullying against Plaintiff’s attorneys, their families, staff, and former associates in an effort to prevent Plaintiff from mentioning Jay-Z in this case.
The purpose of this attempt was to intimidate the plaintiff and undermine her attorney. That attempt was unsuccessful. In fact, the plaintiff decided to seek this modification because of Carter’s atrocious behavior.
