‘Justice is served’ Fans react as Rousey crashes WWE Fastlane during Lynch v Flair match
AN EPIC triple-threat showdown between Ronda Rousey, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair is now set for WrestleMania 35 after the ex-UFC fighter crashed Fastlane.
Lynch and Flair were set to go head-to-head, with the Irishwoman being guaranteed a spot at WrestleMania if she could overcome Flair.
The Man had long wanted the chance to take on her two rivals in the ring, but it appeared for a moment that she would miss out.
Flair had the plucky redhead all but ready to tap out when Rousey hijacked the bout – handing the win to Lynch by DQ.
The stunning intervention means Rousey will face off against the two at next month’s wrestling extravaganza.
Naturally, it didn’t take long for WWE fans to let their feelings on the shocking incident be known on social media.
A commenter posted: “Justice is served by Ronda Rousey to Becky Lynch. Ronda is the best.”
Another added: “I knew Ronda would step and do that to make sure she was in the triple threat.”
One fan chipped in: “Loved the DQ ending. Why doesn’t that happen more often?”
An upset commenter was furious with the plot twist and vowed not to watch WrestleMania.
He said: “I don’t care about Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey anymore.
“The WWE has killed my interest in the Raw women’s championship match at WrestleMania.”
Fastlane did also lead to another trio being forced into the spotlight.
The Shield united one last time to defeat Baron Corbin, Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre.
