Through their charity endeavors, gospel singer Mercy Chinwo and her husband, Pastor Blessed Uzochikwa, have shown love and compassion to the Rumudara community in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The “Mercy Is Blessed” Foundation provided food and clothing materials, among other necessities, to community members who were at risk on December 30, 2024.
Reaching out to senior inhabitants, single moms, and economically challenged households was the foundation’s goal.
Mercy Chinwo shared the foundation’s work on social media, writing, “We had the privilege of visiting the Rumudara community in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, on December 30, 2024, thanks to the @mercyisblessedfoundation.
“Together, we provided economically challenged households, single moms, and senior citizens with hope and support.
By the grace of God, we were able to provide both short-term and long-term needs with bags of rice, garri, cartons of tomato sauce, yam tubers, textiles, and financial support.
Sharing God’s love in action and letting communities know they are noticed, appreciated, and cared for is always a privilege.
One community at a time, we are determined to make a difference through the @mercyisblessedfoundation. The glory belongs to God.
