Osun Mourns As Owa Of Igbajo, Oba Olufemi Fashade Dies At 81
In 1990, Oba Fashade was enthroned as King of Igbajo in Boluwaduro LGA of Osun State. The late monarch who was born on 17th April, 1939 in Abeokuta schooled at Baptist School, Ebute-metta Lagos; Abeokuta High School; Kiriji Memorial College; Tottenham College, London, and Hammersmith College, London.
Fashade joined the Nigeria Army in June 1969 and retired willingly as a Major in December 1977.
