PWAN Co-founder Addresses Land Allocation Delays, reaffirms Commitment To Clients
The Chairman and Co-Founder of PWAN Group, Dr. Austin Onwumere, has spoken out in response to growing concerns over delayed land allocations, reassuring clients that the company is taking active steps to address the situation.
In a video message, Dr. Onwumere emphasized that PWAN has not scammed or defrauded anyone, and that the delays are part of industry-wide challenges often encountered in real estate transactions. He urged the public not to mistake delay for denial, maintaining that all clients who are yet to receive their land allocations will be duly attended to.
According to him, the issues affecting some clients are being handled internally, and efforts are underway to ensure resolutions are made as swiftly as possible. He stated clearly that the company still stands by its founding values and has no intention of walking away from its obligations.
The video response followed a series of complaints from clients who have expressed dissatisfaction with the time it has taken to process their land allocations, particularly in certain estates under the PWAN umbrella. Dr. Onwumere said the company is aware of the tension the issue has caused and is committed to restoring client confidence.
He also highlighted that PWAN Group, which was founded 13 years ago, has consistently maintained a reputation for integrity and client service, noting that the current situation, while regrettable, does not reflect a change in the company’s principles.
PWAN encouraged all affected clients to remain in contact with the appropriate company channels for updates and resolution support.
