Saraki, Sanwoolu Also React To The Killing Of Kolade Johnson By Sars Officials
Senate President Bukola Saraki, Babajide Sanwoolu and the office of the President have reacted to the fatal killing of a young Nigerian football fan Kolade Johnson by Men of the Nigerian Police force in Lagos on Sunday evening.
The death of Kolade Johnson who was hit and killed by stray bullets after SARS official shot sporadically into the air has left Nigerians sad and more determined to see the end of SARS in Nigeria.
Reacting to the sad occurrence, the Senate President Bukola Saraki has condoled with the family of the deceased while adding that justice will be served.
The governor-elect of Lagos state Babajide Sanwoolu also sends his condolences to the family of the deceased saying that it is a sad incidence which should never have happened.
According to Sanwo-Olu, the lives of citizens should be safe with the police at all cost and not the other way around.
Meanwhile the presidency has assured Nigerians that following the apprehension of the culprits, justice will be served and Nigerians would be updated
