It’s award season once more, which is a wonderful time of year! The candidates for the 31st Annual awards have been formally released by the Screen Actors Guild (SAG).
The Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall in Los Angeles will host the event on Sunday, February 23. At 8 p.m. ET, the event will be streamed live on Netflix, hosted by Hollywood actress Kristen Bell.
This year’s list had some intriguing names. For her performance in “The Bear,” Ayo Edebiri was nominated for “Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series.”
For “Wicked,” Cynthia Erivo is nominated for “Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role,” and Zoe Saldaña, who just won the 82nd Golden Globes, is nominated for “Emilia Pérez” for “Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role.”
