A 9-year-old boy was hit and killed by a stray bullet, allegedly fired by members of a vigilante group in Agbaro, Delta State on Friday, October 26.
According to Israel Joe, the vigilantes shot indiscriminately in the area and the bullet hit the young boy, who was sitting in his mother’s shop. Another person was left injured.
