“The Lack Of Women’s Right In Nigeria Is Sickening” – Ubi Franklin’s South African Babaymama Speaks
Ubi Franklin‘s South African baby mama, Nicola Siyo has shared her experience about the way women are being treated in Nigeria.
Nigerian renowned author, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s shared a post on Instagram to celebrate International Women’s Day and spoke on how women are treated differently from men despite having the same characteristics. Nicola reacted stating that there is a lack of women’s rights in Nigeria and it’s “sickening”.
According to her, 2 years in Nigeria made her realize how women are treated terribly in the world. She added that women are called all sorts of names because of their gender. She wrote: “I understand exactly where she is coming from. I spent 2 years in her Homeland Nigeria, sickening the lack of women’s rights.
