Nkem Owoh has been captivating audiences with his humor and dexterity for decades. He is popularly known by fans as “Osuofia,” a moniker immortalized by his legendary part in the popular comedy shows Ikuku 1 and 2 and Osuofia in London.
He has won multiple awards as a pioneer in Nollywood and TV drama, including the Africa Movie Academy Award (AMAA) for Best Actor in a Leading Role for the 2008 film Stronger Than Pain, solidifying his place as a major player in Nollywood’s heyday.
