Tottenham’s Christian Eriksen In No Hurry To Sign New Deal At The Club
Christian Eriksen is reportedly holding off from signing a new contract at Tottenham until the summer as he is awaiting contact from Real Madrid.
Eriksen is believed to have been offered an improved deal by Spurs that will tie him down for a further three years.
As things stand, though, Eriksen is about to enter the final 12 months of his existing terms, which may force the club to sell him if Madrid makes an offer.
Despite reports that Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy will refuse to sell Eriksen for less than £170m, AS claims that he could be available for around £74m if his contract standoff prolongs into the summer transfer window.
