Vice Admiral Idi Abass Assumes Command as 23rd Chief of Naval Staff
The Nigerian Navy has welcomed a new era of leadership as Vice Admiral Idi Abass officially assumed office as the 23rd Chief of Naval Staff (CNS), succeeding Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla.
