Youths of Fulani ethnic stock have been urged to copy President Muhammadu Buhari’s love for education which will help them drive away from violence and criminality, a statement has revealed.
President Muhammadu Buhari arrived in Bauchi State on a two-day working visit after touching down Abubakar Tafawa Balewa International Airport, and was received by the state governor, Muhammed Abubakar, Governor Mohammed Jibrilla of Adamawa State.
In a statement released by Garba Shehu, the presidential senior special adviser on media and publicity, President Buhari has called on youths of Fulani ethnic stock to copy his example and embrace education.
The president also told the youths that education is the only way they can be driven away from violence and criminality.
The statement read; “President Buhari in Bauchi, says education is the greatest cure for the country’s security and numerous other problems.
“He has asked the Fulani ethnic stock to embrace education as a way to drive their youth away from violence and criminality.
“Buhari thanks God for the opportunity of the education he got and has asked Fulani youths to copy his example.”
