“You Are Not Better Than Neymar” – Marcelo Tells His New Real Madrid Teammate, Hazard

Marcelo believes his new Real Madrid Teammate Eden Hazard is not better than Neymar. Hazard is Madrid’s marquee signing this summer after he joined from Chelsea in a deal which could eventually be worth up to £130 million.

The Belgium international is already impressing in Madrid’s pre-season training sessions and looks set to become a key man for Zinedine Zidane ahead of the upcoming campaign.

But Marcelo feels his Brazil teammate Neymar, who is looking to leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer, has the edge over Hazard.

In an interview with Marcelo said:

‘Eden’s a top player,’ A player of high quality and, like Neymar, has the quality to be in the top five. ‘He’s impressive, you cannot compare them, but Neymar is better for me.’
