Legendary Nollywood actress, Idowu Phillips, popularly known as Mama Rainbow, has opened up on the emotional reason she vowed never to remarry after the death of her husband.
In a heartfelt revelation, the 81-year-old screen icon shared how the painful loss of her spouse changed her outlook on love and marriage forever. Speaking during an interview, Mama Rainbow said her late husband, who was also deeply involved in theatre arts, meant everything to her — and since his passing, no man has been able to fill that void.
“When my husband died, I made a vow never to remarry. He was my friend, my partner, and my biggest supporter. I wanted to dedicate my life to raising our children and preserving his legacy,” she said.
